SQL Server provides a built-in stored procedure sp_spaceused. By executing this stored procedure you can easily find the size of a table, including the size of the indexes, total rows of a table, disk space reserved and disk space used by a table.

Syntax:
use YourDBName
go
sp_spaceused ‘TableName’

Example:
use Banking
go
sp_spaceused ‘Accounts’
